In Veracross Directory, family information you choose to display (name, phone No., email or home address) is shared with everybody in our community, including other families, all students, teachers and staff. If you want to make any change to your directory display preference, here is how you can do it:
1. Login Veracross Portal: https://portals.veracross.com/nis
2. Click on “Update Family Profile” button at the right hand side on the Veracross webpage or find the “Update Family Profile” from “Veracross Links” part
3. On “My Family information Review” window, scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see “Directory Preference”, please click on it to see the link to the preferences window: where you can choose what kinds of family and personal information you want to share with other families.
4. Here is the “Directory Preferences” window, please check and change your display preferences if you want.
