Add and keep passport information up to date is necessarily when we need to book ticket or hotel for your child. Here is how you can check and update this information:
1. Login Veracross Portal: https://portals.veracross.com/nis
2. Click on “Update Family Profile” button which is available from the following two places:
To Update Passport info.
From the household profile window, in “Family Information” section, please find and click on “Citizenships & Passports”. You can check the current passport info. school has. To update, please click on “Edit” button, then update the followings:
*Select new passport issue date
*Select expire date
*Enter your passport number
After the above information is filled in, click “Save”
To fill in or update your visa info. if you have
From the household profile window, in “Family Information” section, please find and click on “China Visa”. You can see the current Visa info. school has. To fill in or update, please click on “Edit” button, then update the followings:
*Select Visa issue date
*Select expire date
*Enter your Visa number
*Enter your Visa Note if there is any
After the above information is filled in, click “Save”
Fill in or Update your home address:
From the household profile window, in “Family Information” section, please find and click on “Change Primary Address”. To fill in or update where you live in China, please click on “Edit” button to update your address:
After you click on “ Save ” >> you will get “Pending Updates” time for the system to proceed your update. Thank you.
