In Veracross, you can check medical information for your child which has been recorded in our information system. If there is any update as regards to allergies, medications, conditions, immunizations, and allowed medication, you can send the update request online or contact our school nurse by nurse@nanjing-school.com or 13813875115.
1. Login Veracross Portal: https://portals.veracross.com/nis
2. Click on “Update Family Profile” button at the right hand side on the Veracross webpage or find the “Update Family Profile” from “Veracross Links” part
3. Find “MEDICAL INFORMATION” from the opening window and click on “Review Medical Profile”
4. Click the blue link to review your child’s medical information
5. Your child’s medical profile will open in a PDF format and if there is any change or update,
please send us requests by “+Add a new request”. Remember to select entry type for your request so we can update your request at the right place.
